Young&ng” products available for purchase online are subject to availability. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders.   • Available now: Products are currently being held in stock and are ready to ship.

  • Available for Pre-order: Products are available for purchase. However, the items have not yet arrived in stock and therefore are not ready to be shipped. You can secure your purchase now and will be informed of lead-time for the product prior to purchase. You will be billed to secure your purchase once agreed to the lead-time. However, should we be unable to deliver, we will fully refund your purchase amount in the payment initially used to make the purchase.

  • Out of Stock: Products are currently unavailable, and will most likely not be available in the future.

Pricing and Payment Options
While we try to ensure that all prices on our Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Risk of loss or damage to products you order on this Site passes to you on delivery of the products, title passes once we have received payment in full for the products. Sales Tax
Young&ng charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax in case of law change.

Shipping and Delivery
For security reasons, Young&ng online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not secured by UPS. All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, second-day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Young&ng cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Return Policy for Online Purchases
Young&ng endeavours to give customer satisfaction. For Young&ng online purchases, we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged and with purchase tag for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 21 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that a different return policy may be applicable for in-store purchases. Instructions for returning merchandise are included with each shipment and provide that merchandise should be shipped back to Young&ng online customer care following the steps described in the return slip. Gift-Wrap
Products purchased from Young&ng online arrive suitable for gift giving. All products will include a receipt with the purchase amount and a packing list without purchase amount shown, suitable and ready for gift giving. Gift Cards Young&ng gift cards are available from $200 to $1000 and can be purchased online. They are enclosed in a sleeve. Young&ng gift cards are redeemable for merchandise for the online store only. They are not redeemable at this stockists and cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, they should be safeguarded like cash, as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Young&ng is not responsible for unauthorized use of a gift card.
